Welcome to our Return Policy Page, Jollybuyer chooses products based on our excellent designs and proven reliability. Therefore, the quality is guaranteed.
We check all of the orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right items are packed. We have a QC team who tests and checks whether the ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to the customers. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks after all the goods have passed in the factory line.
Please contact customer service representative as soon as possible in case finding serious damage or obvious color differentiation. We will arrange your request for exchange or refund after the faulty confirmation. Please ensure the product is unused and headed back to the designated address after the acquiring of Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Products cannot be returned after used, washed or damaged in any way.
All products that are new with the original packaging in unopened condition can be returned within 7 days starting from the date you received. For the OEM products, the customers need to confirm all the details before the order enters the production stage otherwise the return policy will not be applied to OEM orders. For OEM orders, Customer Service Representative will stay in touch with the customers as all the Return Policies do not apply to OEM orders.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting at
service@jollybuyer.com or Customer Service through any of the methods provided on our Contact Us page.
Products that are received by www.jollybuyer.com in any of the following conditions are NOT eligible for return:
1. Any product not purchased from www.jollybuyer.com.
2. Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
3. Any product that is returned without all content in the original packaging and accessories (e.g. box, manuals, etc) will subject to a restocking fee or be rejected entirely.
4. Any product which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
5. Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product in damaged condition, this would not be considered as a return.
6. Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered.
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
If www.jollybuyerINC.com no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is out of stock, we will issue you a refund towards your next purchase on www.jollybuyer.com, or we will refund the payment to you within 3 working days.
Defective Products
Defective products must be returned in the original box with all packaged materials including any other materials [e.g. promotional items] shipped with the product. THE UPC LABEL MUST BE INTACT, and the SERIAL NUMBER ON THE PRODUCT MUST MATCH THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ORIGINAL BOX. The product must be returned no later than 5 days from the date we issued you the RMA number. Any merchandise that does not have a return authorization number will not be processed. All defective products should be shipped back to the specified address.
Damaged Returns
We make every effort to prevent shipping damages. If your package appears damaged upon receipt, please simply refuse the shipment. If the shipping company has left and you realize that your package is damaged, please do contact customer service immediately.
Due to the time constraints to file a shipping damage or loss claim, all shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product. If you have any question, please see our Shipping Terms and logistic issues or contact our customer service.
Refusing Undamaged Packages
In the event that customers refuse the package (with the exception of damaged shipments), they will be charged the full shipping price. If the customers have ordered a product with promotional shipping, they would be liable for the full shipping price upon refusing the item.
