Dealer Policy

1）You have an offline physical store or any temporary storefront (event, trade show, pop-up store, etc.), and you must have a valid business license and state sales tax certificate number.

2）You may not sell any Jollybuyer products on any online marketplace, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. Approved distributors can sell on Etsy, Facebook, Instaram, Tiktok but must comply with the MSRP policy.

3）Each reseller can Feel free to customize your own resale prices, but not advertise and resell products at a price lower than 2 times the wholesale price.

4）Resellers may not sell in bulk to B2B accounts, wholesalers, or freight forwarders/drop shippers for other retailers. Resellers may only sell to their end consumers.
