1)Registering for a Wholesale Account

Setting up an online account takes just a few minutes. Once registered, you will become a valued wholesale customer of Jollybuyer and can start shopping immediately. You will also have access to your account information through our self-service portal. To register as a wholesaler, you must have a valid state business license and state sales tax certificate number.

2)Order Minimums

For regular line, we offer MOQ 2 pcs/SKU, and for custom line, we provide MOQ 24 pcs/SKU. All active accounts must meet a minimum order amount of $300.

3)Payment

We currently only accept credit card and check payment accounts. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Unfortunately, we do not accept COD or check payments for online orders.

4)Order Processing Procedure

You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout. The order is then forwarded to our production control department for processing. Once processed, it will be sent to our warehouse for custom production or packaging and shipping. When your order is shipped, you will receive a final email with tracking information and an invoice. If you do not receive these emails, please contact our customer service team at service@jollybuyer.com.

5)Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping and delivery times vary depending on the type of order you place.

1. Regular line: For in-stock orders, products are readily available at our warehouse in California, and you can expect to receive your order within 3-7 days.

2. Custom line: Custom orders are produced in China and go through a two-step process for delivery to the continental U.S.:

Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

 • Production Time: It takes 5-7 days after the design proof is confirmed.

 • Shipping Time: If you choose sea freight, the average shipping time is 20 days to your door. If you opt for air freight, the average shipping time is 7 days to your door.

3. Shipping Costs:

 • Shipping is 15% of the order value, with a minimum shipping fee of $45. Air freight will be charged based on actual costs. Please contact customer service for more information and a quote.

* The information above applies only to the contiguous United States. For shipping rates to offshore locations or islands, please contact customer service.

* Some orders may experience customs delays. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. 

6)Duties or Import Fees

For U.S. : If there will be any duties or import fees applicable that will be paid by us on your behalf.

For other territories : Duties and import fee will be paid by consignee.

7)Retailer Policy

All retail dealers must have a valid business license. 

Retail dealers are not permitted to sell on any online marketplace unless approved by Jollybuyer and must comply with all other policies and procedures.

Retail dealers are free to set their own prices but must adhere to our MRSP (Minimum Retail Sale Price) policy, which states that the retail price must not be lower than twice the wholesale price.

Any violation of the above policies will result in the revocation of your purchasing privileges.
