Cancellation & Returns
Jollybuyer chooses products based on our excellent designs and proven reliability. Therefore, the quality is guaranteed. We have a QC team who tests and checks whether the ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to the customers.
We may offer a Refund or Return on Products which have a manufacturing defect. We only offer returns or refunds in case of Manufacturing Defects.
You may cancel your order before we dispatch it and, in that event, we will refund you the amount you have paid us through the payment method you used when buying the Product. We reserve the right not to cancel the order if it has been processed at our warehouse.
Any product being returned must be new and in its original packaging. All returns you will be responsible for return freight costs. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. Please notify us at service@jollybuyer.com of your desired return within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
You will need to ensure that the return is suitably packed to avoid damage and we recommend that you insure the Product to its full value whilst it is in transit to us.
We will only issue a refund when the Product has been returned to us and we will thoroughly inspect all returned Products before issuing any refund to ensure that they comply with these Terms.
Custom ordered merchandise and clearance merchandise are not refundable.
If you have used or damaged the Product, you will not be entitled to any refund.
